Als Assistent Uitvoerder GWW bij onze opdrachtgever help je de uitvoerder om projecten soepel te laten verlopen. Je staat midden in het werk, schakelt met collega's en leert stap voor stap hoe je zelf de leiding neemt op de bouwplaats. Van de dagelijkse planning tot de controle op kwaliteit: jij denkt mee en pakt aan. Je helpt om mensen en middelen op het juiste moment in te zetten en houdt in de gaten of er veilig en volgens tekening wordt gewerkt. Zie je een knelpunt? Dan bespreek je het en zoek je mee naar een praktische oplossing. Wat ga je doen? - Ondersteunen van de uitvoerder bij de dagelijkse aansturing op de bouwplaats. - Meewerken aan de planning van personeel, materieel en materialen. - Toezien op veilig werken en de uitvoering volgens bestek en tekeningen. - Bijhouden van uren, voortgang en meer- en minderwerk. - Contact onderhouden met collega's, onderaannemers en leveranciers. - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over oplossingen. Functie eisen - Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting civiele techniek of infra. - Ervaring in de GWW is mooi meegenomen, maar gemotiveerde starters zijn ook welkom. - Technisch inzicht, organisatietalent en een praktische instelling. - Communicatief vaardig, leergierig en een echte teamspeler. - Je blijft rustig onder druk en hebt oog voor kosten en resultaat. - Je bent in het bezit van VCA-VOL - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift is vereist voor deze functie. - High level of the Dutch language in word and writing is required for this position. - Woonachtig in Nederland. - Living in the Netherlands.
