Als Assistent Uitvoerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke organisatie en aansturing op projecten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing aan het eigen personeel (5 tot 8 grondwerkers) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van de onderaannemers. Je zorgt ervoor dat de grondwerkers gemotiveerd zijn en zo goed mogelijk hun werk kunnen uitvoeren. Taken die bij deze rol horen zijn: - Adviseren bij het opstellen van het werkplan samen met de Werkvoorbereider; - Het aansturen van buitenpersoneel; - Het overleggen met de hoofd-uitvoerder over de planning; - Aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever; - Het motiveren van het personeel en evaluatiegesprekken voeren; - Het waarborgen van veiligheid en kwaliteit van het project.

Wat wij bieden: Afhankelijk van hoe snel jij je ontwikkelt, krijg je al snel extra verantwoordelijkheden. Je start op een goed basissalaris en zal de eerste jaren snel groeien in salaris. Uiteraard is dit ook afhankelijk van jouw inzet. Bij de start van deze rol ontvang jij: - Een salaris tussen de €4.000 - €5.000, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Een leaseauto voor zakelijk en privégebruik (ook in het buitenland); - 43 vrije dagen per jaar; - Persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van €1.500,- per jaar; - Een vitaliteitsvergoeding van €50,- per maand; - Binnen 2 jaar ben je volwaardig Uitvoerder, waarbij je direct een grote stap zult maken in arbeidsvoorwaarden!
