Op de bouwplaats maak jij het werkelijkheid. Als Assistent Uitvoerder Woningbouw ben jij iedere dag zichtbaar op de bouwplaats. Vanuit Rosmalen werk je mee aan uitdagende nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten in Brabant en Limburg. Samen met de uitvoerder en het uitvoeringsteam zorg je ervoor dat het werk veilig, volgens planning en met de juiste kwaliteit wordt uitgevoerd. Je krijgt daarbij al snel verantwoordelijkheid en leert vooral door te doen. Je draait mee in de dagelijkse uitvoering, werkt samen met vakmensen en partners en leert alle facetten van het vak kennen. Ondertussen volg je een praktisch ontwikkeltraject waarmee je stap voor stap wordt klaargestoomd voor de volgende stap: zelfstandig uitvoerder. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag op de bouwplaats is hetzelfde. Jij bent de ogen en oren van de uitvoering en werkt nauw samen met de uitvoerder. - Je ondersteunt de uitvoerder bij de dagelijkse aansturing van het project. - Je stuurt vakmensen en partners aan en bewaakt de voortgang van het werk. - Je houdt de planning, kwaliteit en voortgang scherp in de gaten. - Je draagt actief bij aan een veilige, nette en overzichtelijke bouwplaats. - Je helpt bij het openen en afsluiten van de bouwplaats. - Je signaleert knelpunten en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen. - Je neemt deel aan werkoverleggen en leert hoe operationele processen op een bouwplaats worden aangestuurd. - Je krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je kennis en ervaring groeien.
