Een nieuwe uitdaging?

In de afdeling Cushion Vinyl - Beauflor te Wielsbeke zijn we op zoek naar een assistent verantwoordelijke coloristen in dag (M/V) in het productielabo. We zijn gespecialiseerd in het produceren van Vinyl rollen.

Verantwoordelijkheden & kerntaken

De assistent verantwoordelijke coloristen ondersteunt in de organisatie van het productielabo met als doel de continuïteit van het productieproces te garanderen. Hij/zij vormt een sterk team met de verantwoordelijke coloristen en neemt zelfstandig taken op in de voorbereiding voor komende producties. Bij afwezigheid van de verantwoordelijke coloristen neemt hij/zij dit takenpakket (tijdelijk) over.

Enkele taken hierbij zijn :

  • Bijdragen om continue operationele problemen op te lossen
  • Opstellen en voorbereiden planning voor de inktmakers
  • Bijhouden van de planning van de inkten en controle van de volgorde van de inkten
  • Dagelijkse controle van de voorbije producties samen met de verantwoordelijke coloristen en bijsturing kleurformules indien nodig
  • Beheer van cilinderstock en -locaties. Opvolgen beschadigingen, hergravures en nieuwe bestellingen: contact met leveranciers.
  • Beheer van referentiestalen.
  • Samenwerken met de kwaliteitsafdeling om referentiestalen tijdig te vernieuwen
  • Samen met de verantwoordelijke coloristen ingangscontroles van geleverde inkten uitvoeren
