Als Assistent Vestigingsmanager ben jij de rechterhand van de vestigingsmanager én de natuurlijke leider op de werkvloer voor de vestiging Helmond. Jij zorgt dat de planning soepel loopt, stuurt het team in de werkplaats aan en springt bij waar nodig. Dynamisch, uitdagend en met de voeten in de klei! Jouw energie, onze kracht! Geef leiding aan de werkplaats en bouw mee aan ons succes. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je voornamelijk bezig met de dynamiek op de vloer en het aansturen van je collega's: - Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de werkplaats en zorgt voor een logische planning. - Je coacht en motiveert het team van monteurs om samen topkwaliteit te leveren. - Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een vakkundige en attente afhandeling van vragen. - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat de Gouden veiligheidsregels strikt worden nageleefd. Wat we ook doen, veiligheid staat voorop! - Je denkt actief mee over hoe we de vestiging nóg succesvoller kunnen maken. Wat breng je mee? - Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring binnen een garage of de automotive branche; - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau en een natuurlijke aanvoerdersmentaliteit; - Goede organisatorische vaardigheden, een hands-on instelling en een geldig rijbewijs B.
