Ben jij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, klanten helpt én een team aanstuurt? Dan is deze functie bij Euromaster in Breda misschien precies wat je zoekt. Als Assistent Vestigingsmanager ben jij de rechterhand van de Vestigingsmanager. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed geholpen worden, de planning op orde is en de werkplaats soepel draait. Je bent veel aanwezig op de werkvloer en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is. Bij afwezigheid van de Vestigingsmanager neem jij de leiding over de vestiging. Jij houdt overzicht, zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en helpt collega's waar nodig. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt deze functie zo leuk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Klanten ontvangen en adviseren - Ondersteunen van de Vestigingsmanager bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Opstellen en bewaken van de werkplaatsplanning - Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's op de werkvloer - Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid - Meehelpen in de werkplaats wanneer dat nodig is - Ervoor zorgen dat de vestiging netjes, veilig en georganiseerd blijft - Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en collega's Euromaster is een bekende naam binnen de wereld van banden, onderhoud en mobiliteit en behoort als onderdeel van de Michelin Groep tot de grootste banden- en autoserviceorganisaties van Europa, met meer dan 2.700 vestigingen in ruim 19 Europese landen.
