Lees dan snel verder! Wij zijn Ballorig, het leukste indoor speelparadijs voor kinderen, voor onze vestiging in Heerhugowaard zoeken wij een Assistent Vestigingsmanager. Samen met de vestigingsmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen van de vestiging en werk je actief mee op de werkvloer. Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, een voorbeeld voor je team en staat service en gastvrijheid bij jou hoog in het vaandel? Aarzel dan niet en solliciteer! Je team bestaat uit 10 tot 15 medewerkers en je rapporteert direct aan de vestigingsmanager. Wat ga je doen? In samenwerking met de vestigingsmanager ga je aan de slag met de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Leidinggeven, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers om de vestiging optimaal te laten functioneren. - Verantwoordelijk voor de financiële en administratieve afhandeling van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. - Bewaken van de middelen (personeel, financiën, organisatie) en de tijdsplanning om de gestelde doelen te bereiken. - Zorgen voor een uitstekende service voor onze gasten, zowel in de horeca als in de speelruimtes. - Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsnormen volgens HACCP, hygiëne en netheid. - Activiteiten en evenementen organiseren en ervoor zorgen dat deze succesvol verlopen. Wie ben jij? - Je bent een doorgewinterde horeca tijger met ambitie. - Je hebt al enige ervaring als leidinggevende, bij voorkeur in de horeca- of evenementenbranche. - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en vindt het geen probleem om in de weekenden en op feestdagen te werken. Wij zijn dagelijks geopend van 9.00 tot 18.00 uur. - Je bent representatief en hebt een positieve, actieve houding. - Bij indiensttreding vragen wij een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG).
