Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed geholpen worden, de planning op orde is en de werkplaats soepel draait. Je bent veel aanwezig op de werkvloer en steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen wanneer dat nodig is. Bij afwezigheid van de Vestigingsmanager neem jij de leiding over de vestiging. Jij houdt overzicht, zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en helpt collega's waar nodig. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt deze functie zo leuk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Klanten ontvangen en adviseren - Ondersteunen van de Vestigingsmanager bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden - Opstellen en bewaken van de werkplaatsplanning - Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's op de werkvloer - Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en klanttevredenheid - Meehelpen in de werkplaats wanneer dat nodig is - Ervoor zorgen dat de vestiging netjes, veilig en georganiseerd blijft - Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en collega's Functie eisen Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, overzicht houdt en energie krijgt van samenwerken.
