Net afgestudeerd in bouw of klaar om de stap naar werfopvolging te zetten?

Voor een sterk en gerespecteerd bouwbedrijf zoeken we een assistent werfleider met goesting om het vak écht te leren op de werf zelf.

Geen job waar je maanden koffie haalt en vooral moet kijken dus.

Wel een functie waar je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt, begeleid wordt door ervaren collega’s en kan doorgroeien naar volwaardig werfleider.

Functieomschrijving

Als assistent werfleider ondersteun je bij de dagelijkse opvolging van infrastructuur en rioleringswerven.

Je zorgt ervoor dat alles praktisch, administratief en organisatorisch goed verloopt op de werf.

Samen met de werfleider stuur je ploegen aan volgens planning en volg je de vooruitgang van de werken op.

Daarnaast zorg je voor de nodige administratie zoals vorderingsstaten, detailstaten, werfbonnen en het dagboek der werken.

Een typische werkdag?

Je controleert de werfplanning, stemt af met ploegbazen en volgt de werkzaamheden op terrein mee op.

Je helpt bij het uitzetten en controleren van niveaus, houdt toezicht op veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat de werf ordelijk en efficiënt georganiseerd blijft.

Ook opmerkingen van werftoezichters of veiligheidscoördinatoren volg je correct op. Geen puur bureauwerk dus. Wel een combinatie van organisatie, communicatie en aanwezigheid op de werf.

Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag in daguren.

  • Bachelor of master bouwkunde
  • Ervaring is geen vereiste
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en initiatief nemen
  • Teamplayer met goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Interesse in werfopvolging en infrastructuurwerken
  • Flexibel ingesteld
  • Orde, netheid en veiligheid belangrijk vinden
  • Mensen kunnen motiveren en aansturen
  • Basiskennis Frans is een pluspunt

Een diploma opent de deur. Maar motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en goesting om het vak te leren maken hier echt het verschil.
