Voor onze klant, een gespecialiseerd bedrijf in stalen constructies, zijn wij op zoek naar een assistent-werfleider.

Onze klant werkt voornamelijk op industriële sites, waaronder ArcelorMittal. Om de ploegen en werkzaamheden in goede banen te leiden, zoeken we iemand met een goede kennis van staal en voldoende maturiteit om medewerkers aan te sturen.

Heb je een achtergrond als lasser, technisch tekenaar of binnen de staalconstructie? Dan is dat zeker een sterke troef. Ervaring als leidinggevende is niet noodzakelijk: jouw technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en maturiteit zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.

Jouw functie

  • Je ondersteunt de meestergast bij de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je takenpakket is zeer veelzijdig en bestaat onder andere uit:
  • Vergunningen aanvragen en opvolgen.
  • Planningen opmaken en de werkzaamheden organiseren.
  • Ploegen opstarten en aansturen.
  • Medewerkers begeleiden en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Het tempo en de voortgang van de ploegen opvolgen.
  • Controleren of de nodige PBM's correct worden gebruikt.
  • De kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken controleren.
  • Problemen op de werf tijdig signaleren en mee naar oplossingen zoeken.
  • De meestergast ondersteunen bij de dagelijkse opvolging.
  • Waar nodig zelf technisch en praktisch meehelpen.

Je bent dus iemand die het overzicht bewaart, mensen kan motiveren en tegelijk voldoende technische kennis heeft om de werkzaamheden te begrijpen en op te volgen.

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van staal en staalconstructies.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een achtergrond als lasser, technisch tekenaar, monteur of metaalbewerker.
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en begrijpt hoe staalconstructies worden opgebouwd en gemonteerd.
  • Je bent matuur en verantwoordelijk.
  • Je kunt mensen op een correcte en duidelijke manier aansturen.
  • Je durft medewerkers aan te spreken wanneer afspraken of veiligheidsvoorschriften niet worden nageleefd.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt het overzicht bewaren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en houdt van een veelzijdig takenpakket.
  • Een rijbewijs B is noodzakelijk.

Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie is niet noodzakelijk, zolang je de maturiteit en het potentieel hebt om een ploeg aan te sturen.
