Voor een dynamische onderneming gelegen in Kuurne zijn we op zoek naar een Meewerkend Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke die onze werkplaats naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Jouw rol:

Je coördineert en centraliseert de werkordes, stelt de werkplanning op en organiseert de werkplaats in nauwe samenwerking met de receptie.

Je leidt het team in de werkplaats op technisch gebied en zorgt voor een efficiënte en klantgerichte werkattitude.

Je garandeert een gestroomlijnde communicatie tussen de receptie en de werkplaats.

Bij afwezigheid van een magazijnmedewerker neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over om bestellingen te plaatsen en de continuïteit van de lopende werkzaamheden te bewaken.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Een technische achtergrond met een Bachelor in Elektromechanica, Automechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Een natuurlijke aanleg voor planning en organisatie.

Sterke people-management vaardigheden: je motiveert en coacht jouw team met enthousiasme.

Je ambieert een klantgerichte service die naadloos aansluit bij ons bedrijfs-DNA.

Je behoudt een koel hoofd onder druk en bent actief op zoek naar oplossingen.
