The posting

Als Assistent / Werkvoorbereider binnen de onderhoudsafdeling zorg jij ervoor dat onderhoudswerken en technische projecten grondig voorbereid en vlot uitgevoerd worden. Je vormt de ondersteunende kracht van de Maintenance Manager en waakt over een efficiënte organisatie van de werkzaamheden.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Het voorbereiden van werkopdrachten en voorzien van de nodige materialen en middelen.
  • Het opvolgen van onderhouds- en verbeterprojecten in nauwe samenwerking met de Maintenance Manager.
  • Het correct afsluiten en administratief verwerken van werkorders in het onderhoudssysteem.
  • Het uitwerken en verbeteren van preventieve onderhoudsplannen.
  • Het opmaken van eenvoudige technische tekeningen, schema’s en materiaallijsten.
  • Dagelijks overleg met techniekers, productie en planning om werkzaamheden optimaal af te stemmen

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Maintenance Manager.

  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht en begrijpt snel de noden van een onderhoudsorganisatie.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere opdrachten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar stemt regelmatig af met collega’s en leidinggevenden.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en planning.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan bij jou steeds centraal.
  • Je hebt interesse in onderhoudsprocessen en maakt je snel vertrouwd met technische software en documentatie.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en kan eenvoudige technische tekeningen lezen en opstellen.
