Vind jij het leuk om een team aan te sturen en een winkel tot een succes te maken? Als Assistent Winkelmanager weet jij precies hoe je de klanten en jouw collega’s gelukkig maakt. Want als zij dat zijn, dan ben jij dat ook. Dat doe je met veel inzet en enthousiasme. Jij zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving, goede samenwerking in het team en een commercieel winkelbeeld.

Een dag in de functie van Assistent Winkelmanager

Maandagmorgen, iets voor 9.00 uur. Deze week is de Winkelmanager op vakantie en neem jij de zaken waar. Je opent de winkel en je bespreekt de werkzaamheden en de verdeling met jouw collega’s. Wie vult welke schappen aan, wie begint er achter de kassa en zijn er nog nieuwe acties deze week? De eerste klant komt binnen, je helpt de klant en maakt een praatje. Ah, de bel gaat, de eerste levering van de week komt binnen. Mouwen opstropen en het magazijn in om de levering te ontvangen. Het gaat snel, de eerste schappen moeten worden bijgevuld, de actie van deze week lijkt aan te slaan! Ai, iemand laat een fles Dasty vallen. Geen probleem, met een emmer water en een mop is dat ook zo weer opgeruimd! Voor je het weet is de dag weer voorbij gevlogen. Je sluit de winkel en zorgt ervoor dat alles weer netjes is voor de volgende dag. In een winkel is veel te doen, van het bijhouden van het magazijn, het inruimen van schappen, klaarzetten van de acties tot het contact met de klanten en nog veel meer!
