Als assistent winkelverantwoordelijke ben jij mee het gezicht van de winkel in Zottegem. Je ondersteunt de winkelverantwoordelijke en zorgt ervoor dat klanten met de juiste producten én een goed gevoel naar huis gaan.

  • Winkel coördineren – Je ondersteunt in de dagelijkse werking en zorgt voor een vlot verloop volgens de richtlijnen.
  • Team aansturen – Je verdeelt taken en zorgt voor structuur, ook wanneer de verantwoordelijke afwezig is.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken – Je zorgt voor een nette winkel en een aantrekkelijke presentatie van de producten.
  • Planning & administratie – Je helpt met uurroosters, stockbeheer, bestellingen en kasafsluitingen.
  • Operationeel meewerken – Je helpt klanten, bereidt broodjes en salades en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn – Je ondersteunt collega’s en helpt bij het oplossen van vragen of problemen.
  • Optimalisatie – Je denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen en groei van de winkel.Teamwerk – Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s om een warme, georganiseerde werkomgeving te creëren.

Uurrooster

Onze winkels zijn 7/7 open. Je werkt volgens een vast uurrooster van 38 uur per week, met afwisselend werk in het weekend (zaterdag of zondag). Zo behoud je structuur en voorspelbaarheid.

  • Je hebt ervaring in de verkoop en bent klaar voor een volgende stap
  • Je bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en positief ingesteld
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en neemt initiatief
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
  • Je kan goed overweg met pc-toepassingen (zoals Outlook)
  • Je bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt graag mee op de vloer
  • Je wil groeien binnen een winkelomgeving
