In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je klantgericht advies met het coachen van collega's en het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse winkelwerking. Je helpt mee bouwen aan een inspirerende winkelomgeving waar klanten zich welkom voelen en medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen.

Bovendien krijg je de unieke kans om door te groeien naar een rol als Gerant. Via een persoonlijk groeitraject, begeleiding en opleiding word je stap voor stap voorbereid op meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Assistent-Gerant ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen de winkel.

Je adviseert klanten professioneel over kleur, interieur, decoratie en schilderprojecten. Dankzij jouw expertise en enthousiasme help je hen de juiste keuzes te maken en zorg je voor een uitstekende klantenervaring.

Daarnaast ondersteun je de gerant in de dagelijkse organisatie van de winkel. Je motiveert collega's, bewaakt een vlotte werking en neemt bij afwezigheid van de gerant de operationele leiding op.

Verder:

  • Draag je mee verantwoordelijkheid voor voorraadbeheer, administratie en winkelpresentatie.
  • Coach en ondersteun je collega's in hun ontwikkeling.
  • Behandel je klantenvragen en klachten op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Werk je mee aan lokale acties, workshops en evenementen.
  • Denk je actief mee over verbeteringen die bijdragen aan sterkere resultaten en een optimale klantbeleving.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een passie voor kleur, interieur en decoratie en bent gedreven om je verder te ontwikkelen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden en motiveren van collega's.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je denkt ondernemend en ziet kansen om processen en resultaten te verbeteren.
  • Ervaring in retail, verkoop of een leidinggevende rol is een mooie troef.
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt graag op momenten waarop klanten je het meest nodig hebben, ook in het weekend.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede basiskennis Frans.
