Jobomschrijving

  • Je hebt de algemene leiding van de winkel en verzorgt de uitstraling van je filiaal.
  • Je maakt op een constructieve manier de bestellingen op voor je eigen filiaal.
  • Je voert het beleid uit betreffende het totale winkelbeeld, de orde en de presentatie van onze artikelen.
  • Je hanteert een hands-on aanpak en ondersteunt het team wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je staat in voor de personeelsplanning en het administratief beheer van de winkel.
  • Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het rendement van je eigen filiaal.
  • Je motiveert je team van verkoopmedewerkers op een positieve manier.
  • Je bezit veel verantwoordelijkheid en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Winkelverantwoordelijke.
  • Als Assistent Winkelverantwoordelijke bezit je een Bachelordiploma of minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Ervaring in Retail wordt beschouwd als een pluspunt.
  • Je bent zelfstandig probleemoplosser met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Als Assistent Winkelverantwoordelijke ben je een organisatietalent en weet je van aanpakken.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een goede sociale omgang en hebt geen “9 to 5” mentaliteit.
