Woonzorg Flevoland zoekt een Assistent Zorg & Welzijn (in opleiding) | De Uiterton Geen zorgervaring? Wel een hart voor ouderen? Start bij Woonzorg Flevoland en groei door in de zorg. Zo zorgen wij vooruit. Je wilt graag met ouderen werken en jezelf ontwikkelen in de zorg, maar hebt nog geen zorgachtergrond of zorgdiploma. Bij Woonzorg Flevoland krijg je de kans om te starten als zorghulp en de module voor assistent zorg en welzijn te volgen waarna behalen van deze modules je meewerkt in de zorg. Je werkt bij De Uiterton in Lelystad, voor 6 tot 28 uur per week. Je combineert lichte ADL-zorg en huishoudelijke werkzaamheden met persoonlijke aandacht voor bewoners en krijgt scholing in de basiszorg. Zo leer je het vak in de praktijk en ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap verder in de ouderenzorg. Dit ga je doen als zorghulp Je start als zorghulp bij De Uiterton en volgt de module assistent zorg en welzijn. Samen met het zorgteam zorg je voor een fijne, schone en huiselijke omgeving voor onze bewoners. Je hebt veel contact met bewoners en draagt bij aan hun dagelijks zorg en welzijn. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en praktisch. Je: - voert lichte ADL-zorg uit; - verzorgt ontbijt en maaltijden; - schenkt koffie en thee; - houdt appartementen, woonkamers en keukens netjes; - stofzuigt, dweilt en maakt sanitair schoon; - maakt bedden op en brengt afval weg; - helpt bewoners met kleine dagelijkse dingen; - maakt tijd voor een praatje en persoonlijke aandacht. Je werkt ochtend-, avond- en weekenddiensten. Samen kijken we welke werkdagen en uren goed bij jou passen. Je hoeft voor deze functie nog geen zorgdiploma of uitgebreide zorgervaring te hebben. Wel is het belangrijk dat je graag met mensen werkt en jezelf wilt ontwikkelen in de zorg.
