* Du übernimmst Teilbereiche des Baumanagements mit Schwerpunkt Innenausstattung - von der Terminplanung und -kontrolle über die Materialwahl sowie Planungs- und Handwerkerkoordination bis hin zur Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten, zur Rechnungsprüfung, Besprechungsleitung und Abnahme * Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung und Ausstattung neuer Einrichtungen und achtest dabei auf Funktionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Wohlfühlqualität * Gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung erarbeitest du gewerkeübergreifende Entwurfs- und Ausführungspläne * Du sorgst für ein laufendes Controlling und Reporting von Terminen, Kosten und Qualitätszielen * Du unterstützt den Bereich Facility Management administrativ und organisatorisch - etwa beim Energiemonitoring und bei der Kontrolle von Betriebskostenabrechnungen * Du kümmerst dich um Ausschreibungen, Angebotseinholungen, Preisvergleiche, Beauftragungen und Rechnungsprüfungen, übernimmst das Kostencontrolling und bestellst benötigtes Material * Du planst Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, begleitest die Auftragsvergabe und koordinierst die Professionist:innen * Dabei hast du viele Schnittstellen innerhalb und außerhalb des Unternehmens - gute Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen, externen Partner:innen und Auftragsnehmer:innen sind daher ein zentraler Teil deiner Arbeit

Was solltest du mitbringen?

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Innenraumgestaltung, Innenarchitektur oder Facility Management * Du bringst Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und in der Dokumentation mit * Du verstehst technische, wirtschaftliche und rechtliche Zusammenhänge im Planungs- und Bauprozess * Du hast Erfahrung mit Verwaltungsverfahren, Normen und Richtlinien * Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office (Word, Excel etc.) * Du nutzt CAD-Systeme (z. B. AutoCAD) zur digitalen Anfertigung und Änderung von Plänen * Du zeichnest dich durch Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und Organisationstalent aus * Ein Führerschein der Gruppe B ist erforderlich
