Teilzeit (25h/Woche) - Graz

Deine MISSION:

°° Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in strategischen und operativen Belangen

°° Übernahme von HR-Agenden wie Recruiting, Lohnverrechnung, Abklärung arbeitsrechtlicher Themen, Personalentwicklung uvm.

°° Aufbereitung und Umsetzung von Marketing- und PR-Aktionen wie Social Media Präsenz, Verwaltung Google-Ads, Merchandise-Artikel, uvm.

°° Eventmanagement und Organisation von Teambuildingaktivitäten

°° Unterstützung im Fördermarktmanagement und bei Ausschreibungen

°° Schnittstelle zu externen Ansprechpersonen und Berater/innen (z.B. Grafiker/in, Fotograf, AMS, Lohnverrechnung/Buchhaltung, Banken, Gebäudeverwaltung, Sales-Consultants)

°° Organisation und Führung des Back-Office-Bereiches mit einer Mitarbeiterin

Dein PROFIL:

°° Abgeschlossenes Studium

°° Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing und/oder HR und/oder als Assistenz oder in ähnlichen Positionen

°° Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office)

°° Kenntnisse in Grafik-Design Programmen von Vorteil

°° Flexibilität und Selbständigkeit

°° Interesse an vielseitigen Themen und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben

°° Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
