Schwerpunkt Marketing Vertrieb - Kommunikation * Ansfelden bei Linz

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:

* Interne und externe Kommunikationsschnittstelle sowie Koordination von bereichsübergreifenden Aktivitäten

* Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen

* Projekte für Marketing und Vertrieb

* Gestaltung/Bearbeitung interner sowie externer Kommunikation wie Firmenzeitung, Newsletter,

Vertriebspartner-Werbung, Katalog/Produkthandbuch-Preislisten-Updates, Unternehmens-/Produkt-

Präsentationen für die ACTUAL Erfolgsakademie uvm. in Zusammenarbeit mit GL, Verkauf und

Produkt-Management und auf Grundlage des ACTUAL Corporate-Designs

und der Marketing-Strategie und vorhandenen Werbelinie

* Online Marketing: Betreuung der Website und aktive Umsetzung der Social Media Aktivitäten,

* Unterstützung der Vertriebspartner bei online-Marketing

* Unterstützung/Organisation für Vertriebs-Partner bei der Schauraum-Planung und Umsetzung

nach dem ACTUAL Fenster Center Konzept

* Ansprechpartner für Vertriebspartner & ACTUAL Außendienst-Gebietsbetreuern

insbesondere in Marketing-Agenden

* Koordination von Agenturen und Dienstleistern wie Druckereien, Werbemittel-Lieferanten

* Organisation von Seminaren, Firmenevents, Messen

* Leadmanagement / Bearbeitung CRM System

IHR PROFIL:

* Sympathische, offene und vertrauensvolle Persönlichkeit, die eine Kommunikationszentrale im Unternehmen und zu unseren Vertriebspartnern ist

* Kommunikativ, kreativ und aktiv- offene Augen und Umsetzungsstärke für laufende Verbesserungen

* Sehr gut bei Rechtschreibung und Text-Formulierung

* Allrounder für Geschäftsleitungs-Assistenz/ Organisation und Marketing/ Gestaltung

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Perfekte MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Power Point)

* Kenntnisse von Adobe Creativ Cloud, idealerweise Grafik Erfahrung/Ausbildung/Fotografie-Film (social media)

* Genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ganzheitliches Denken

* Englisch-Kenntnisse
