Arbeitsort Leoben

in Vollzeit und ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben

* Fachliche und administrative Unterstützung von Werksleitung und Produktionsplanung

* Überwachung der täglichen Produktionsziele inklusive Dokumentation

* Mitgestaltung und Optimierung der betrieblichen Prozesse (z.B. Ablaufbeschreibungen, Arbeitsanweisungen)

* Umsetzung von Qualitäts-, Umweltschutz- und Sicherheitszielen

* Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z.B. Vertrieb, Produktion)

* Ansprechperson für Personalagenden in Abstimmung mit der Werksleitung (z.B. Zeiterfassung, Urlaubsplanung)

* Organisatorische Unterstützung des Wareneingangs und der Materialausgabe sowie Mitwirkung bei der Inventur

Dein Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Vorzugsweise ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, SAP- und CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge sowie Freude an Projekt- und Prozessmanagement

* Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude an Teamarbeit
