ZurVerstärkung der internen IT-Abteilung wird eine lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit gesucht, die dasbestehende Team in der ERP-Betreuung unterstützt. 1 Assistenz in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung Ihre Aufgaben

* Rechnungserfassung und -prüfung: Erfassung und Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen mit und ohne Bestellbezug

* Kommunikation: Ansprechpartnerin für unsere internen Fachabteilungen, als auch externen Geschäftspartner:innen (Lieferant:innen)

Unsere Anforderungen - Ihre Kompetenzen

* Lehrabschluss mit Praxis oder Handelsschulabschluss mit Praxis

Folgende Kompetenzen runden Ihr Profil ab:

* Buchhaltung

* Bürosoftware-Anwendungskenntnisse

* Kreditorenbuchhaltung

* BMD-Kenntnisse

* Sachbearbeitung

* Telefonieren
