Dann bist du bei uns richtig! Wir suchen ab sofort Verstärkung im Customer Support für Exportgarantien.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du gibst unseren Kundinnen und Kunden erste Auskünfte rund um Fragen der Exportversicherung und Ausfuhrfinanzierung.

* Du bearbeitest standardisierte Garantieanfragen und -anträge.

* Du unterstützt unsere Kundenberaterinnen und Kundenberater.

* Dies reicht von der Vorbereitung von Anträgen über die Beschaffung von Informationen bis hin zur Aufbereitung und Ablage von Unterlagen.

* Du übernimmst organisatorische Aufgaben im Team.

Dein Hintergrund

* Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK, HLW oder vergleichbar).

* Du bringst fundierte Deutsch-, Englisch- und MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse mit.

* Du bist eine kommunikative und sozial kompetente Persönlichkeit und lebst eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung.

* Du arbeitest eigenständig und hast eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.

* Du bringst viel Engagement und Teamfähigkeit mit.

* Du lernst gerne neue Dinge und hast Freude an der Gestaltung von effizienten Abläufen.

Bezahlung: Für diese Position ist ein Vollzeitgehalt von € 2.995,-- brutto pro Monat (14x, Bankenkollektivvertrag, 38,5h/Woche) vorgesehen. Über dein tatsächliches Gehalt sprechen wir gerne persönlich. Je nach Deiner Erfahrung, Qualifikation und Ausbildung zahlen wir auch mehr.
