In Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden / Woche)

So kannst Du dich bei uns einbringen

- Du unterstützt unsere Key Account Manager*innen in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Handelspartnern im stationären Geschäft und im E-Commerce - Du erstellst betriebswirtschaftliche Analysen und wertest Kennzahlen aus - Du stehst in ständigem Kontakt mit unseren Handelspartnern, bereitest Gespräche vor und erstellst Präsentationen - Selbständig erledigst du allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten und verantwortest das Backoffice - Basierend auf deinen Analysen erstellst du Vorschläge für Sortimentsoptimierungen bei unseren Handelspartnern

So überzeugst Du uns

- Deine Berufsausbildung oder dein Studium hast du erfolgreich absolviert - Du bist höchst engagiert und möchtest Category Management sowie alle Aspekte des Verkaufs von nachhaltigen Lebensmitteln in der Praxis kennen- und erlernen - Eventuell hast du bereits erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Vertrieb bzw. Account Management, optimalerweise im (Lebensmittel-)Einzelhandel, Drogerie oder im Umfeld FMCG gesammelt - Neben deiner Freude an operativen Aufgaben hast du eine strukturierte und organisierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise und begeisterst dich für Nachhaltigkeit und Bio-Lebensmittel - Mit deiner offenen Persönlichkeit fällt es dir leicht, serviceorientiert mit Kund*innen zu interagieren - Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint - Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und kannst dich mündlich sowie schriftlich auch in Englisch gut ausdrücken
