Ihr Beitrag macht den Unterschied

* Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Landesdirektors

* Organisation des Back-Office-Bereiches der Landesdirektion sowie Verwaltung von Personalagenden

* Abwicklung der Korrespondenz sowie eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Koordination von Terminen

* Unterstützung der Landesdirektion bei vertrieblichen Aktivitäten, insbesondere durch Vorbereitung von Vertriebsunterlagen, Aufbereitung von Auswertungen und organisatorische Begleitung von Vertriebsmaßnahmen

* Planung, Organisation und Abrechnung von Veranstaltungen und Schulungen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (HAK, HBLA oder Vergleichbares)

* Erfahrung im Office Management bzw. Assistenzbereich, idealerweise im Versicherungsbereich

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel und Outlook)

* Engagierte und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit rascher Auffassungsgabe

* Organisationstalent mit Hands-on Mentalität und Eigeninitiative
