Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort: 1 Assistenz Private Banking - mit Bankerfahrung (m/w/d)

Arbeitsort: Kitzbühel Innsbruck

Aufgabenbereich:

* Als Assistenz unterstützen Sie unsere Kundenberater:innen aktiv und tragen zur optimalen Servicequalität bei.

* Sie sind erste/r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Private Banking Kund:innen und sorgen für eine professionelle Betreuung.

* Sie unterstützen unsere Berater:innen bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundengesprächen.

* Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Konto- und Depotführung.

* Sie erstellen Auswertungen, bereiten Informationen auf und übernehmen diverse administrative Aufgaben.

Anforderungen:

* Bringen Sie Ihre Erfahrung und Ihre Persönlichkeit ein, um unseren Kund:innen ein exzellentes Banking-Erlebnis zu bieten.

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.

* Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bankwesen mit und haben bereits im Kundenkontakt gearbeitet.

* Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre service- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.

* Sie sind ein echter Teamplayer mit einer proaktiven und zuverlässigen Herangehensweise.

* Genauigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein professionelles Auftreten zählen zu Ihren Stärken.

Gehalt:

* Ab 50.000,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr. Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung geboten
