Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Zentrale Schwechat suchen wir eine kommunikative und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die rumänische Personenbetreuer:innen im Recruitingprozess begleitet und organisatorische Abläufe koordiniert. 1 Assistenz Recruiting & Koordination in 2320 Schwechat für 30 Wochenstunden - rumänische Muttersprache erforderlich!

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Rumänische Personenbetreuer:innen telefonisch betreuen

* Erstgespräche führen und durch den Recruitingprozess begleiten

* Verfügbarkeiten, Termine und nächste Schritte koordinieren

* Informationen und Unterlagen einholen und kontrollieren

* Daten und Gesprächsergebnisse in unseren Systemen dokumentieren

* Sich mit Recruiting, Disposition und Kolleg:innen abstimmen

* Administrative Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

* Rumänisch als Muttersprache und Deutschkenntnisse ab Niveau B1

* Freude an intensivem telefonischem Kontakt

* Strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches Auftreten, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke

* Organisationsgeschick und Überblick auch bei vielen Anfragen

* Gute Kenntnisse in Büroprogrammen und digitalen Systemen

* Erfahrung im Recruiting oder in der Koordination ist von Vorteil aber nicht verpflichtend

GEHALT & BESCHÄFTIGUNG

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt in der Verwendungsgruppe 3 im 1. und 2. Berufsjahr € 1.900,00 für 30 Wochenstunden. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
