In der Klinik Oberwart gelangt die Position 1 Assistenzarzt Chirurgie (all gender) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit zur Besetzung.

Die chirurgische Abteilung der Klinik Oberwart, Schwerpunktkrankenhaus und akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus, versorgt den Raum im Süd- und Mittelburgenland inklusive der angrenzenden Bundesländer. Die Abteilung für Chirurgie steht für moderne, patientenorientierte Medizin auf höchstem fachlichen Niveau. Mit einem breiten Leistungsspektrum, das weit über die Allgemeinchirurgie hinausgeht, deckt unser Team sämtliche Bereiche der Viszeral-, onkologischen (inkl. Leber- und Pankreaschirugie), Roboterchirurgie (Multi Port und einziger Single Port DaVinci in Österreich), Hernien-, proktologischen und Gefäßchirurgie sowie der interventionellen Endoskopie ab.

Ihr Wirkungsbereich:

- Assistenz und Durchführung bei operativen Eingriffen

- Interventionelle Endoskopie

- Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten auf der Station, in der Ambulanz sowie im Rahmen

der prä- und postoperativen Versorgung

- Teilnahme am interdisziplinären Austausch mit ärztlichen Kolleg*innen und anderen Berufsgruppen

- Engagement im Nacht- und Wochenenddienst, entsprechend dem Ausbildungsstand

- Aktive Beteiligung an Fortbildungen, Fallbesprechungen und Qualitätszirkeln, um Ihre Weiterbildung

gezielt zu fördern

Ihr Fachgebiet:

- Abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium (Dr. med. univ.) und abgeschlossene Basisausbildung

- Qualitätsorientierte Patientenbehandlung

- Freude an einem patientennahen, familiären Arbeitsumfeld

- Bereitschaft zur Leistung von Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten

Ihr Spielraum:

- Mitarbeit in einem qualifizierten und multiprofessionellen Team in einem familiären Umfeld

- Die Möglichkeit sich aktiv einzubringen und Prozesse mitzugestalten

- Strukturierte Einarbeitung und Einführungsveranstaltungen für neue Mitarbeiter*innen

Ihre Aufnahme ist in einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 50-100%, befristet auf 1 Jahr, vorgesehen. Das Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt, bei entsprechender Qualifikation, auf Basis Vollzeit mind. € 81.594,- (B2/14, inklusive Marktzulage). Facheinschlägige Vordienstzeiten werden angerechnet.
