Binnen Lending zorgen we ervoor dat dit verantwoord gebeurt: met strak risicobeheer, actuele dossiers en inzicht in kredietkwaliteit. Wil jij je ontwikkelen in kredietanalyse, houd je overzicht in complexe dossiers en zoek je actief de samenwerking op met collega's in de keten? Dan vind je in de rol van Lending Specialist een omgeving waarin je jouw vakmanschap inzet én verder ontwikkelt. Wat ga je doen? Als Lending Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldig en toekomstbestendig beheer van de kredietportefeuille. Je werkt nauw samen met relatiemanagement, risk, IT en operations en levert een concrete bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van kredietbesluiten en processen. - Je analyseert kredietrisico's, inclusief ESG‑aspecten, voor nieuwe en bestaande financieringen - Je bereidt kredietvoorstellen voor en ondersteunt de besluitvorming van senior collega's - Je coördineert kredietreviews en bewaakt de voortgang van follow‑ups en signaleringen - Je zorgt voor complete en actuele dossiers en legt besluiten zorgvuldig vast - Je signaleert datakwaliteitsissues en draagt bij aan structurele verbeteringen - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten voor informatie-uitwisseling en documentatie Jouw werkplek Je komt terecht in het team Lending Specialists: een professioneel en hecht team waarin samenwerking centraal staat en kennis actief wordt gedeeld.
