The posting

Voor onze klant te Beveren-Leie zoeken wij een Associate Project Engineer.

Je komt terecht bij een technisch bedrijf dat industriële installaties ontwikkelt en realiseert. Als Associate Project Engineer ondersteun je ervaren Project Engineers bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van projecten. Techniek, tekenwerk, administratie en planning komen hier samen.

Je hoeft nog geen doorwinterde Project Engineer te zijn. Technisch inzicht, nauwkeurig werken en vooral de goesting om bij te leren zijn belangrijker.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verzamelt en controleert technische en administratieve gegevens voor nieuwe projecten.
  • Je helpt bij de planning, checklists en voorbereiding van projectdossiers.
  • Je maakt en past 2D- en 3D-lay-outtekeningen aan op basis van technische input.
  • Je ondersteunt sales bij offertes en prijsvragen door de technische informatie voor te bereiden.
  • Je zet goedgekeurde lay-outs om naar verkooporders of interne werkorders in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je zorgt dat tekeningen, documenten en projectgegevens correct geregistreerd en volledig zijn.
  • Je volgt samen met de Project Engineer lopende orders, leveringen en montageactiviteiten op.
  • Je stemt af met productie, magazijn, werfleiding, administratie en sales.
  • Je helpt bij de opvolging van meerwerken, leveringsbonnen, facturatie en budgetdocumentatie.
  • Je bereidt werf- en planningsvergaderingen mee voor en volgt actiepunten op.
  • Je ondersteunt de communicatie met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je verzamelt kwaliteits- en veiligheidsdocumenten, testverslagen en documenten voor de oplevering.
  • Je bent pas afgestudeerd in een technische richting of hebt een eerste relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in industriële installaties, machinebouw of een technische projectomgeving.
  • Je kan technische plannen en tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en volgt dossiers correct op.
  • Je kan verschillende taken naast elkaar opvolgen zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je neemt initiatief en stelt vragen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en kan overweg met ERP-systemen.
  • Ervaring met Inventor of een ander 2D/3D-tekenprogramma is een plus.
  • Je wil bijleren en op termijn doorgroeien naar een functie met meer technische en projectmatige verantwoordelijkheid.
