Als Associate Project Engineer ben jij een belangrijke ondersteunende schakel binnen de projectwerking van Typhoon. Je ondersteunt de Lead Project Engineer bij de voorbereiding, opvolging en administratieve coördinatie van projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie, planning en documentatie correct samenkomen en helpt mee om projecten kwaliteitsvol en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak en technisch inzicht draag je bij aan een vlotte samenwerking tussen engineering, productie, montage, administratie en sales.

✅ Projectvoorbereiding: Je verzamelt en controleert technische en administratieve gegevens van nieuwe projecten en helpt bij het opstellen van planningen, checklists en werkvoorbereidingsdossiers.

✅ Technische ondersteuning: Je maakt lay-outtekeningen in 2D en/of 3D op basis van input van de Project Engineer en ondersteunt sales bij offertes en prijsvragen met voorbereidende technische info.

✅ Orderverwerking & documentatie: Je zet goedgekeurde lay-outs om naar verkooporders of interne werkorders in het ERP-systeem en zorgt ervoor dat projectdocumenten correct en volledig geregistreerd worden.

✅ Projectopvolging: Je volgt samen met de Project Engineer de voortgang van projecten op en houdt statusoverzichten bij van lopende orders, leveringen en montageactiviteiten.

✅ Interne coördinatie: Je stemt af met productie, magazijn, werfleiding, administratie en andere betrokken afdelingen zodat deadlines en afspraken helder bewaakt blijven.

✅ Administratieve ondersteuning: Je helpt bij het verzamelen van gegevens voor meerprijzen, facturatie, leveringsbonnen en budgetdocumentatie en ondersteunt in de administratieve opvolging van projectdossiers.

✅ Communicatie & opvolging: Je bereidt werf- en planningsvergaderingen voor, volgt actiepunten op en ondersteunt de communicatie met klanten en leveranciers.

✅ Kwaliteit & veiligheid: Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteits- en veiligheidsdocumenten tijdig beschikbaar zijn en helpt bij het verzamelen van opleverdocumenten en testverslagen.

✅ Groei & ontwikkeling: Je leert on the job van ervaren Project Engineers en krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen kleinere projecten of deelopdrachten.

🔹 Je bent pas afgestudeerd of hebt al een eerste ervaring binnen een technische omgeving.

🔹 Je hebt affiniteit met industriële installaties, machinebouw of een technische projectomgeving.

🔹 Je kan technische plannen en tekeningen interpreteren.

🔹 Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht.

🔹 Je bent administratief sterk en volgt dossiers correct en volledig op.

🔹 Je communiceert helder en professioneel met interne en externe contacten.

🔹 Je bent een teamspeler met een proactieve en servicegerichte houding.

🔹 Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office en werkt vlot met ERP-systemen.

🔹 Ervaring met Inventor of andere 2D/3D-tekenprogramma’s is een plus.

🔹 Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om door te groeien binnen projectwerking.
