Heb je interesse in de autosector en haal je voldoening uit tevreden klanten? Dan ben jij misschien de Assistant Filiaalleider die wij zoeken voor een vestiging in Heverlee.

Jobomschrijving

Als Assistant Filiaalleider ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het filiaal. Je combineert administratieve taken met klantenservice en commerciële ondersteuning. Daarnaast ondersteun je de filiaalverantwoordelijke in de dagelijkse werking van de vestiging. Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:· Klanten ontvangen en begeleiden bij vragen, afspraken en aankopen.· Opstellen en toelichten van offertes.· Correcte en tijdige verwerking van facturen.· Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen.· Nauwkeurig beheren van administratieve gegevens in het centrale systeem.· Ondersteunen van de filiaalverantwoordelijke bij de dagelijkse organisatie.· Verantwoordelijkheden opnemen wanneer de filiaalverantwoordelijke afwezig is.· Actief bijdragen aan een uitstekende dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid. Je werkt voltijds in daguren en bent bereid om om de twee weken op zaterdagvoormiddag te werken.

Je bent iemand die graag initiatief neemt en energie haalt uit contact met klanten. Je weet administratieve nauwkeurigheid te combineren met een commerciële ingesteldheid. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande omschrijving:· Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en professioneel.· Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt je administratie steeds up-to-date.· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent een betrouwbare collega.· Je hebt interesse in auto's en mobiliteit.· Je ziet werk en pakt taken zelfstandig aan.· Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en respect voor mensen en materiaal.· Je bent vertrouwd met de gangbare Microsoft Office-toepassingen.· Je leert graag nieuwe systemen en processen aan.· Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Jouw profielBij voorkeur beschik je over een diploma in een technische of administratieve richting, zoals:· Autotechnieken· Carrosserie· Technisch-commerciële opleidingen· Of een gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring
