Jobomschrijving

Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een Ploegbaas Atelier Verantwoordelijke. In deze rol sta je in voor de dagelijkse organisatie van het atelier, stuur je een technisch team aan en zorg je voor een efficiënte planning van onderhouds- en constructiewerken. Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer, bewaakt de kwaliteit en veiligheid, en optimaliseert procedures waar nodig.Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:Instaan voor de dagelijkse organisatie en planning van onderhoudsactiviteiten en constructiewerken.Leiding geven, aansturen en begeleiden.Meewerken aan de uitvoering van herstellingen en onderhoudswerkzaamheden.Voorzien en optimaliseren van werkprocedures en toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.Opstellen van een preventief onderhoudsplan en toezien op de uitvoering ervan.Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie en samenwerking met collega’s van andere afdelingen en activiteiten.Onderhouden van de eigen vakkennis en technische vaardigheden en deze optimaal toepassen ten dienste van de organisatie.

Bacheloropleiding in een technische richting (of gelijkgesteld door ervaring).Min. 5 jaar relevante ervaring.Goede kennis Nederlands + Frans, Duits is een pluspunt.In het bezit van rijbewijs B.Geldig VCA-attest of bereid dit te behalen.Kennis MS Office.Goede materiaal- en technische kennis (hydraulica, PLC-sturingen, mechanica, pneumatica, …).Zeer goede kennis van software voor onderhoudsprogramma’s.
