Voor Complimenti Jewellery zoeken we een nauwkeurige en creatieve ateliermedewerker die mee instaat voor het maken van onze juwelen en voor de praktische en administratieve opvolging die daarbij komt kijken.

Complimenti is een Belgisch designerjuwelenlabel. Onze collecties worden in beperkte series ontworpen en met de hand gemaakt in Hasselt.

Je komt terecht in een klein team en werkt samen met een bestaande flexi-medewerker. We kiezen bewust voor een team van twee, zodat het werk verdeeld kan worden en we rekening kunnen houden met ieders sterktes.

Idealiter vinden we iemand die zowel het creatieve als het administratieve luik kan opnemen. Ben je vooral sterk in het creatieve en wil je je voornamelijk toeleggen op het maken van juwelen? Ook dan horen we graag van je. De concrete taakverdeling bekijken we samen.

TAKENPAKKET – CREATIEF

  • Oorbellen en andere juwelen zorgvuldig samenstellen volgens de ontwerpen en voorbeelden van de designer.
  • Nieuwe modellen en collecties voorbereiden.
  • Bestellingen voor verkooppunten en webshop maken en verkoopsklaar afwerken.
  • Juwelen correct labelen en prijzen.
  • Herstellingen uitvoeren.
  • Juwelen en collecties voorbereiden voor de winkel, fotoshoots, beurzen en events.
  • Mee zorgen voor een verzorgd, overzichtelijk en goed georganiseerd atelier.

TAKENPAKKET – ADMINISTRATIE & ATELIERBEHEER

  • Binnenkomende materialen en leveringen controleren.
  • Artikelen, onderdelen, prijzen en nieuwe modellen correct registreren in ons administratiesysteem.
  • Nieuwe collecties administratief verwerken.
  • Catalogi en interne overzichten up-to-date houden.
  • De voorraad van onderdelen, verpakkingen en drukwerk opvolgen en tijdig aangeven wat moet worden bijbesteld.
  • Bestellingen administratief en praktisch voorbereiden voor verzending.
  • Presentatiemateriaal en voorraad controleren en aanvullen.
  • Mee instaan voor de jaarlijkse stocktelling.
  • Bestanden en overzichten gestructureerd bijhouden in onze gedeelde Drive.

Nauwkeurigheid is voor deze functie erg belangrijk. Onze juwelen worden met de hand gemaakt en moeten steeds mooi, verzorgd en consistent worden afgewerkt.

Je bent handig en hebt oog voor detail. Daarnaast ben je georganiseerd, betrouwbaar en kan je na een opleiding zelfstandig werken.

Voor het creatieve gedeelte:

  • Je bent handig en beschikt over een goede fijne motoriek.
  • Je hebt oog voor kleur, vorm en detail.
  • Je werkt zeer verzorgd en nauwkeurig.
  • Ervaring met het maken van juwelen is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent bereid onze specifieke werkwijze aan te leren.

Voor het administratieve gedeelte:

  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je kan vlot met een computer werken.
  • Je kan nieuwe programma’s snel aanleren.
  • Je kan overzicht bewaren over verschillende modellen, materialen en bestellingen.
  • Ervaring met OnFact of gelijkaardige administratieve software is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

We zoeken bij voorkeur iemand die beide luiken kan combineren. Ligt jouw talent vooral bij het creatieve werk? Dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn. Omdat we met een team van twee werken, kunnen we de taken verdelen volgens ieders sterktes.
