The posting

Als polyvalent medewerker in onze zaag- en freesafdeling sta je voornamelijk in voor onderstaande taken:

  • Instellen en voortgangscontrole van de machines: volautomatische CNC (Schirmer), Zaag en freesmachine (Mecall), CNC dubbelkopzaag.
  • Opleggen van de aluminium profielen op de machine, afnemen van de verzaagde stukken en deze ordenen op de karren die vervolgens naar de montageafdeling gaan.
  • Bedienen van de manuele zaag, uitvoeren van extra manuele bewerkingen op de automatisch verzaagde profielen.
  • Opvolgen van de zaaglijsten per klant, communicatie met de werkvoorbereider bij vragen.
  • Zorgen voor de stockage van profielen.
  • Orde en netheid waarborgen in de afdeling.
  • Veilig gebruik en onderhouden van de machines.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in metaal of aluminium verwerkende omgeving. Ervaring van buitenschrijnwerk is een sterk pluspunt net als ervaring met bediening CNC machines.
  • Je hebt genoot een technische A2 opleiding.
  • Je kan hebt technisch inzicht, denkt mee, kan plannen lezen, werkinstructies interpreteren en correct opvolgen. Je draagt kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent leergierig.
  • Je werkt netjes, ordelijk en bent graag trots op je werk.
  • Je hebt een stabiel werkverleden en kan een positieve referentie voorleggen.
  • Je houdt van variatie aan taken, bent leergierig en gemotiveerd.
