In de ruime regio Brugge werkt een hechte ploeg van een vijftiental collega’s samen aan maatwerk in metaalconstructie. Je komt terecht in een kleinschalige en stabiele KMO waar langdurige anciënniteit de norm is. De bedrijfscultuur is luchtig en no-nonsense. De oprichter is zelf nog dagelijks aanwezig op de werkvloer en hanteert een opendeurpolitiek. Je werkt binnen de metaalbewerking, waarbij zowel seriewerk als specifieke klantaanvragen aan bod komen. De organisatie zoekt iemand die zowel technisch meewerkt als het overzicht kan bewaren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij stuurt de twee vaste collega’s in het atelier aan en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling
  • Je werkt dagelijks zelf mee aan het bedienen van CNC-gestuurde plooibanken, snij- en lasermachines
  • Er komt ook af en toe laswerk bij kijken, dat bepaal je grotendeels zelf
  • Je stemt planning en prioriteiten af met de zaakvoerder, die zelf vaak op de werkvloer te vinden is
  • Jij zorgt ervoor dat klantaanvragen die tussendoor binnenkomen opgevangen en ingepland worden
  • Actief meedenken met het bedrijf en je neemt verantwoordelijkheid in je werk
  • In het atelier ligt de nadruk op assemblage en afwerking, alles op maat van de klant
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een leidinggevende ervaring in metaalconstructie of metaalbewerking
  • Coachende vaardigheden voor het aansturen van een team
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands voor een goede communicatie en veiligheid op de werkvloer
