In deze sleutelrol als Hoofd Atelier, Logistiek en Milieu ben jij de spil tussen atelier, magazijn, werven en transport. Jij zorgt ervoor dat materialen, mensen en middelen precies op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats zijn. Zonder jouw coördinatie staat alles stil.

Je bent veel meer dan een planner: je bent een organisator, coach en probleemoplosser in één. Vanuit jouw overzicht breng je rust, structuur en efficiëntie in een dynamische werkomgeving.

  • Organiseren en beheren van atelier, magazijn en stapelplaatsen
  • Plannen en coördineren van transport naar werven
  • Stockbeheer en opvolging van materialen en bestellingen
  • Aansturen van chauffeurs, magazijniers en mecaniciens
  • Opvolgen van onderhoud, keuringen en materieelbeheer
  • Waken over afvalstromen en milieuprocedures
  • Meedenken in VGM-beleid in samenwerking met de preventieadviseur
  • Digitaliseren en beheren van materiaal via ERP-systeem

Je staat dicht bij de werking: niet achter een bureau alleen, maar midden in de actie.

  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in een leidinggevende logistieke of technische functie.
  • Ervaring in de bouwsector of via een praktische loopbaan is een must.
  • Sterke kennis van bouwmaterialen en werfomgeving mag niet ontbreken.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en niet bang om zelf mee te werken.
  • Communicatief ben je sterk en stressbestendig.
  • Organisatorisch en analytisch ben je sterk.
  • Nederlands heb je volledig onder de knie, met een basis Frans en Engels.
  • Je houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en structuur brengen.
