Je komt terecht bij een interieurbedrijf dat zich richt op maatwerkprojecten voor interieurzaken, keukenstudio’s en schrijnwerkers. Het gaat om een jong en groeiend bedrijf dat werkt met moderne machines en actuele productietechnieken. In het productieatelier ligt de nadruk op nauwkeurigheid, samenwerking en het correct uitvoeren van opdrachten. Creativiteit, overleg met collega’s en mogelijkheden om nieuwe vaardigheden aan te leren maken deel uit van de dagelijkse werking.

Jobomschrijving

Voor de job als ateliermedewerker zijn we opzoek naar iemand die volgende takenpakket uitvoert:

  • De dag starten met het overlopen van de planning in onze planningssoftware
  • Taken verdelen en actief meewerken aan de productie: CNC, kantenlijmer, pers, montage, oplijmen van platen, meubilair afwerken, enzovoort
  • Elk stuk controleren op afwerking en kwaliteit
  • Het atelier organiseren zodat alles vlot en gestructureerd loopt
  • Meedenken met het team en je input geven bij teammeetings en procesoptimalisatie
  • De rechterhand zijn van onze atelierverantwoordelijke

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze job zoeken wij iemand specifieker, wie ben je en wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een interieurbouw of meubelatelier
  • Je kent moderne productieprocessen (CNC, kantenlijmer, pers, montage,…)
