Gesucht wird ein Vertriebsprofi (m/w/d), der mit Begeisterung neue B2B-Kunden gewinnt, Geschäftspotenziale erkennt und den Vertrieb im Verkaufsgebiet Wien und Niederösterreich aktiv vorantreibt. 2 Außendienstmitarbeiter:innen (all genders) im B2B-Bereich

Ihre Aufgaben

* Fokus auf den Aufbau und die Akquise von B2B-Neukunden - vom KMU bis zum Key Account

* Betreuung und Ausbau des Verkaufsgebiets Wien, Wachau, Waldviertel und Mostviertel

* Aktive Vermarktung hochwertiger Produkte im Bereich Arbeitsbekleidung und persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA)

* Potenziale am Markt erkennen und gezielt in neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten umwandeln

* Planung und Umsetzung der eigenen Vertriebsaktivitäten - von der Vorbereitung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

* Durchführung professioneller Kundentermine vor Ort und virtuell

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem fix zugeordneten Innendienstmitarbeiter, der Leads vorqualifiziert, Erstkontakte übernimmt und Kundentermine vereinbart

* Aufbau nachhaltiger B2B-Kundenbeziehungen und aktive Mitgestaltung des weiteren Unternehmenswachstums

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im kaufmännischen Bereich

* Fundierte Vertriebserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Dienstleistungsbereich

* Leidenschaft für modernen, hybriden Vertrieb und Freude am persönlichen wie auch virtuellen Kundenkontakt

* Ausgeprägte Zielorientierung, Eigeninitiative und sportlicher Ehrgeiz

* Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie ein gutes Gespür für erfolgreiche Vertragsabschlüsse

* Verhandlungsgeschick, Abschlussstärke und professionelles Auftreten
