In het kort - Wereldwijd het grootste bedrijf in de hoorbranche; - In twee jaar jouw diploma tot audicien behalen op mbo niveau 4, volledig betaald door Beter Horen; - Werken met de nieuwste technieken; - Persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling dankzij intensieve coaching en training; - Je gaat meteen € 2.650,- euro per maand verdienen. Daarnaast stijgt jouw salaris gedurende de opleiding in stapjes naar € 3.100,- bij afstuderen. Hoe ziet het werk- leertraject er dan uit? Wij geloven dat je het meeste leert door te doen. Jij mag dus meteen aan de slag in een Beter Horen winkel bij jou in de buurt. Je loopt dagelijks mee met een ervaren audicien en mag steeds meer zelf gaan doen. Na het succesvol afronden van de interne opleiding, start je met de vakopleiding en na twee jaar word je beloond met een mbo 4 diploma en mag je jezelf officieel audicien noemen! Interne opleiding Je start aan onze eigen Amplifon Retail Academy. Van onze trainers leer je de belangrijkste kennis en skills op het gebied van het gehoor, hooroplossingen en adviserend verkopen. De opleiding bestaat uit 20 lesdagen verspreid over 3 maanden en vinden voor het grootste gedeelte plaats op ons moderne kantoor in Utrecht. Je maakt kennis met de nieuwste technieken in de wereld van de gehoorapparatuur. Je zult al snel ervaren dat het vak van audicien de ideale combinatie is tussen (hoor)zorg, sales en techniek.
