Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de professionele audiovisuele sector en ontwikkelt hoogwaardige audio-oplossingen voor uiteenlopende toepassingen. Door hun sterke groei en voortdurende focus op innovatie zoeken zij een gedreven Audio Product Specialist die wil bijdragen aan de verdere uitbouw van hun audioportfolio.

Jouw uitdaging

Als Audio Product Specialist ben jij dé expert binnen het team op vlak van professionele audio. Je combineert technische kennis met een commerciële mindset en vormt de brug tussen klanten, sales, marketing en productontwikkeling.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Technische ondersteuning van klanten en collega's.
  • Het ontwerpen van audio-oplossingen voor uiteenlopende projecten.
  • Adviseren van klanten over de meest geschikte producten en configuraties.
  • Geven van productdemonstraties en technische opleidingen.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie en handleidingen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het productaanbod.
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, nieuwe technologieën en trends binnen de audiowereld.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om innovatieve oplossingen naar de markt te brengen.

PROFIEL

Jij bent een enthousiaste audio-professional die graag kennis deelt en complexe technische materie begrijpelijk kan maken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen professionele audio.
  • Sterke kennis van audiosystemen, systeemontwerp en signaalstromen.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een goede kennis van het Engels. Kennis van Nederlands en/of Frans is een extra troef.
  • Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding.
  • Bereidheid om sporadisch nationaal en internationaal te reizen.

Ervaring in productmanagement, technische training of consultancy binnen de audiovisuele sector is mooi meegenomen.
