Audiologieassistent KNO - Utrecht, Nieuwegein - mbo niveau 4 - € 2.750 - € 3.959 - 24 Audiologieassistent KNO Zelfstandig gehooronderzoek bij kinderen en volwassenen, met korte lijnen met de KNO-arts. Een baan waarin je jouw vak zelfstandig uitoefent én onderdeel bent van de verdere diagnostiek. Waarom kiezen voor deze baan? - Een eigen spreekuur waarin je zelfstandig gehooronderzoek uitvoert en patiënten van dichtbij begeleidt. - Van toon- en spraakaudiometrie tot tympanometrie en OAE: je gebruikt verschillende onderzoeken om het gehoor goed in kaart te brengen. - Je werkt nauw samen met de KNO-arts. Jouw bevindingen zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van de diagnose en het behandelplan. - Een afwisselende patiëntengroep: van kinderen tot volwassenen en van eenvoudige gehoorproblemen tot complexere vraagstukken. - Je komt terecht in een stabiel en betrokken team waarin ruimte is voor eigen initiatief en ideeën om de zorg verder te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als audiologieassistent op de polikliniek KNO voer je zelfstandig gehooronderzoek uit bij kinderen en volwassenen. Veel patiënten hebben een gecombineerde afspraak: eerst komen ze bij jou voor het audiologisch onderzoek en daarna bespreken ze de resultaten met de KNO-arts. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldig onderzoek en duidelijke verslaglegging. Tegelijkertijd heb je veel aandacht voor de patiënt. Zeker bij kinderen is het belangrijk dat je rustig uitlegt wat je gaat doen en iemand op zijn gemak stelt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - uitvoeren van toon- en spraakaudiometrie; - verrichten van tympanometrie en OAE-onderzoek; - vastleggen en beoordelen van je onderzoeksbevindingen in het elektronisch patiëntendossier; - bespreken van je bevindingen met de KNO-arts; - aanmelden van patiënten en uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden.
