Jouw functie Als audioloog ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met gehoorvragen. Je combineert jouw vakkennis met empathie en klantgerichtheid om de best mogelijke oplossing aan te bieden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van gehoortesten en analyses
  • Adviseren over geschikte hooroplossingen
  • Aanpassen, afstellen en opvolgen van hoortoestellen
  • Klanten begeleiden tijdens hun hoortraject
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers
  • Actief bijdragen aan een optimale klantenservice
  • Samenwerken met collega's binnen een professionele en aangename werkomgeving
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma Audiologie
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en empathisch
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteldJe hebt een passie voor hoorzorg en het welzijn van klanten
