Als Audit Manager neem je een sleutelrol op binnen ons auditteam. Je coördineert auditopdrachten, begeleidt collega's in hun ontwikkeling en bent een vertrouwenspersoon voor klanten. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei en professionalisering van ons kantoor.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Als Audit Manager draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere auditdossiers en zorg je voor een kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van onze opdrachten.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van wettelijke en contractuele auditopdrachten
  • Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van senior en junior auditors binnen het team
  • Reviewen van dossiers en bewaken van de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • Opvolgen van planning, budgetten en deadlines
  • Adviseren van klanten en formuleren van aanbevelingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere groei en optimalisatie van onze auditpraktijk

Must haves

  • Minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring binnen externe audit
  • Masterdiploma in een economische richting
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een kritisch denkvermogen
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een team of begeleiden van collega's
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, kwaliteitsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je bouwt vlot duurzame relaties op met klanten en collega's

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een bedrijfsrevisorenkantoor
  • Je bent bedrijfsrevisor of hebt de ambitie om deze titel te behalen
  • Ervaring met moderne audittools en digitalisering
  • Kennis van Frans of Engels
