Klaar om een cruciale rol te spelen in het auditteam en voortrekker te zijn in je vakgebied? Als Audit Manager vervul je de formele rol van bedrijfsrevisor en fungeer je als rechterhand van dossierbeheerders. Daarnaast krijg je een cruciale rol in de ontwikkeling van de business line werking.

Over de job

Als Audit Manager vervul je de formele rol van bedrijfsrevisor op je eigen auditdossiers en de rol van rechterhand van dossierbeheerders in andere dossiers. Dit over een brede klantenportefeuille, gaande van familiale kmo’s tot internationale ondernemingen. Doordat je jouw klanten door en door leert kennen, kan je tijdig de juiste triggers herkennen om hen VGD-breed te ondersteunen. Bovendien gebruik je jouw technisch inhoudelijke skills en kennis van audit om de werking van de business line Audit bij VGD te blijven optimaliseren.

Concreet omvat je werk:

  • Je krijgt de kans om klanten door en door te leren kennen.
  • Je begeleidt het opdrachtteam doorheen het hele auditproces.
  • Het opvangen van triggers tijdens klantenbesprekingen om hen VGD-breed verder te ondersteunen.
  • Je bent aanspreekpunt voor complexe dossiers (voor collega’s en de klanten) en bewaakt hierbij een evenwichtige werkverdeling binnen je team
  • Je beantwoordt interne en externe vragen
  • Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de vooropgestelde planning wordt nageleefd of stuur je deze bij waar nodig.
  • Het tijdig en proactief detecteren van de behoeften van klanten, waarbij je een sterke samenwerking tussen de verschillende werkplekken en opdrachtteams bevordert.
  • Het uitvoeren van algemene kwaliteitscontroles op dossiers.
  • Het coachen van het hele team om het niveau van adviseurschap te verhogen en het ondersteunen van collega’s tijdens hun IBR-traject.
  • Het actief onderhouden van klantenrelaties en een netwerk aan nieuwe klanten uitbouwen.
