Wil je complexe auditprojecten aansturen, wil je jouw team begeleiden in uitdagende dossiers en wil je werken in een internationale omgeving waar kwaliteit en ondernemerschap centraal staan? In het kantoor van Gent kom je terecht in een organisatie waar je samenwerkt aan nationale en internationale opdrachten, met de combinatie van een sterk wereldwijd netwerk en een warme, collegiale werksfeer.

Binnen deze rol neem je een sleutelpositie op binnen Audit & Assurance. Je combineert projectmanagement, klantencontact en coaching van collega's met inhoudelijke auditexpertise. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om jouw leiderschapsstijl verder uit te bouwen en actief mee te denken over de groei van klanten en de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen

  • Coördineren van auditdossiers van planning tot rapportering
  • Uitwerken van auditstrategieën en opvolgen van complexe controlewerkzaamheden
  • Aansturen, coachen en begeleiden van junior en senior auditors
  • Onderhouden van sterke klantenrelaties en detecteren van nieuwe opportuniteiten
  • Rapporteren van auditbevindingen en bewaken van de kwaliteit binnen projecten

Wie ben jij

  • Master of bachelor in een economische of financiële richting
  • Minstens 6 jaar ervaring binnen externe audit
  • Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
