Wil je complexe auditdossiers aansturen, wil je een ervaren team coachen en wil je rechtstreeks samenwerken met nationale en internationale klanten? In Zaventem kom je terecht in een internationaal auditkantoor waar je vanaf dag één nauw samenwerkt met managers en partners. Je combineert de dynamiek van een groeiende organisatie met de slagkracht van een wereldwijd netwerk, waardoor je zowel inhoudelijk als professioneel blijft groeien.

Binnen deze rol ben je de drijvende kracht achter jouw auditteam. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dossiers, begeleidt collega's in hun ontwikkeling en bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Naast audit krijg je ook de ruimte om commerciële opportuniteiten te detecteren en actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van de auditafdeling.

Wat ga je doen

  • Coördineren en uitvoeren van auditopdrachten voor middelgrote en internationale ondernemingen
  • Coachen en begeleiden van junior auditors binnen hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Opstellen en finaliseren van auditdossiers en rapporteringen volgens ISA-richtlijnen
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en opvolgen van de auditplanning
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en rapporteren aan managers en partners

Wie ben jij

  • Master in een economische richting met een sterke basis in Belgische accountancy en audit
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als extern auditor
  • Sterk in people management en vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
