Als Auditor Bodem en Milieu bij Kiwa toets je of organisaties voldoen aan geldende eisen, normen en richtlijnen. Je kijkt verder dan alleen compliance: je helpt bedrijven inzicht te krijgen in hun prestaties en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Zo lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan vertrouwen in de markt en aan een verantwoord beheer van bodem en grond. Over de functie Als Auditor Bodem en Milieu ga je op pad naar uiteenlopende organisaties, zoals aannemers, ingenieursbureaus, grondverzetbedrijven, grondbanken, verwerkers van secundaire grondstoffen en overheidsinstanties. Je toetst of zij voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving, normen en certificatie-eisen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar procedures en administratieve vastlegging, maar juist ook naar de praktijk. Je verdiept je in bodemonderzoek, bodemsaneringen, grondreiniging en andere activiteiten binnen het bodem- en milieudomein. Je voert audits uit op locatie en beoordeelt onder meer certificatieschema's voor partijkeuringen, bodemonderzoek, bodemsaneringen, grondbanken en grondreiniging. Op basis van jouw bevindingen stel je heldere rapportages op en ga je in gesprek met professionals op verschillende niveaus binnen een organisatie. Met jouw onafhankelijke blik draag je bij aan kwaliteit, transparantie en vertrouwen binnen de sector. Geen auditdag is hetzelfde: je komt bij diverse organisaties over de vloer, krijgt inzicht in uiteenlopende processen en blijft je kennis voortdurend verder ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? - Uitvoeren van audits in een vastgesteld regio in Nederland en incidenteel daarbuiten; - Toetsen van werkzaamheden van Kiwa en haar klanten aan wet- en regelgeving en certificatieschema's; - Opstellen van auditrapportages; - Bespreken van bevindingen met klanten op verschil...
