Als Auditor Mens & Zorg bij Kiwa help je organisaties om kwaliteit en veiligheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen, met oog voor de mens achter het proces. Over de functie Als Auditor Mens & Zorg bij Kiwa ben jij de schakel tussen theorie en praktijk. Je voert audits uit bij zorg- en welzijnsorganisaties en toetst of hun managementsystemen voldoen aan de norm. Je kijkt kritisch mee, signaleert verbeterkansen en levert input voor certificeringsbesluiten, waarbij je bijdraagt aan het verhogen van de kwaliteit binnen de sector. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar ook nauw samen met collega-auditors, productspecialisten en coördinatoren binnen Kiwa Human & Care. Dankzij jouw scherpe blik en professionele aanpak help je organisaties vooruit op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en continu verbeteren, met oog voor de mens achter de processen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je komt op inspirerende plekken, leert verschillende organisaties kennen en draagt zichtbaar bij aan hun groei. Wat ga je doen? - Voorbereiden en plannen van audits; - Uitvoeren van audits op het gebied van HKZ, ISO 9001, ZKN, Gehandicaptenzorg, GGZ, Maatschappelijke Opvang en Jeugdzorg; - Duidelijk terugkoppelen van auditresultaten, aandachtspunten en verbeterkansen in heldere rapportages; - Nauw samenwerken met collega-auditors, productspecialisten en coördinatoren; - Volgen van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen de sector en hierop anticiperen. Wat verwachten wij van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen zorg of maatschappelijke dienstverlening; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring gerelateerd aan kwaliteit binnen de zorg- en welzijnssector; - In het bezit van een geldig LAC-certificaat of bereidheid dit via Kiwa te behalen; - Kennis van ...
