Wir suchen für unseren Kunden ab sofort: 1 Auftragssachbearbeitung (m/w/d) in Wien

Unser Kunde ist ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen im Handel für die Elektroindustrie und seit vielen Jahren verlässlicher Partner von namhaften Baumärkten und Geschäftskunden. Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch flache Hierarchien, offene Kommunikation und eine starke Teamkultur aus. Zudem arbeitet das Team in einem modernen, neuen Büro, das eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre bietet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Technische Auftragssachbearbeitung

* Support und Rückfragen bei Lieferanten

* Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienst & Key Account Managern

* Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb

* Angebotserstellung für Baustellen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst

* Dimensionierung & Kalkulation von Kabel- und Leitungsverlängerungen

* Einhaltung von Deadlines zur Vermeidung hoher Kosten

* Manuelle Auftragserfassung und Artikelpflege

* Enge Abstimmung mit Lager und Disposition

* Rückfragen bei Lieferanten zu fehlender Ware

* Kontrolle eingehender Aufträge (über Schnittstelle und Mail)

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HTL, Fachschule, etc...)

* Technische Affinität (z. B. Großhandel, Elektrobereich)

* Hands-on-Mentalität, mitdenkend und über den Tellerrand blickend

* Freude an Kommunikation, Teamarbeit & Verantwortung

* Proaktive, lernbereite und neugierige Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative

* IT-affin, zahlenorientiert und sehr genaues Arbeiten

* Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschafts- und Bestellsystemen

Das Angebot:

* Arbeitszeiten: Mo-Do: 06:30 - 15:30 Uhr und Fr: 07:00 - 11:30 Uhr

* Arbeitsumfeld: Neues, modernes Büro mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, Teamarbeit im 3er-Büro, offene Kommunikation & sehr flache Hierarchien

* Einschulung: Durch eine erfahrene Kollegin mit klaren Prozessen und Dokumenten

* Teamkultur: Gemeinsame Mittagspausen (Essen gehen, oder bestellen), Kaffee, Milch & Wasser inklusive

Monatsbruttogehalt auf Vollzeitbasis zwischen EUR 2.300,- und 3.000,- je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
